Each session is customized to address individual concerns. Modalities may include deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. If you are looking for ultimate relaxation, Swedish massage is also available.

60 MINUTES $85.00 Customized full body treatment.

MANUAL LYMPH DRAINAGE:
A very light bodywork therapy that address the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system makes up most of our immune system, and it is responsible for removing waste and toxins from the system, and because lymph fluid contains white blood cells, it helps fight infection. The benefits of MLD includes enhancing the immune system, aids in post-surgical recovery, reduces swelling and bruising, and also reduces lymphedema (fluid in the tissues).
30 MINUTE FACE AND NECK TREATMENT: $60.00 Used to help drain sinuses and reduce swelling of the face and puffiness around the eyes.
60 MINUTES: $110.00. Full body treatment to help with detoxification and enhance the immune system. Also helps reduce swelling and bruising after surgery. ***Certain medical situations may require a note from your doctor.
