Massage Therapy Services
Every body is different, and every session is customized to meet your needs. Sandra combines her 20 years of experience with a variety of techniques to address pain, tension, mobility, and relaxation.
Therapeutic Massage
A personalized treatment designed around your individual concerns. Sessions may incorporate:
Trigger Point Therapy
Focused, sustained pressure helps release areas of muscular tension, pain, and spasm.
Myofascial Release
Gentle, sustained pressure works with the body's connective tissue to reduce restrictions, ease discomfort, and restore movement.
Swedish Massage
A soothing, full-body technique designed to encourage deep relaxation and calm the body and mind.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, specialized technique using light, rhythmic movements to encourage the natural movement of lymphatic fluid.
MLD may support swelling reduction, post-surgical recovery, circulation, and overall lymphatic function. Because this technique is different from traditional massage, certain medical conditions may require a doctor's clearance.

60 minutes — $90

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
60 minutes — $115

Appointments & Policies
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be charged the full service fee.
Feeling Unwell?
If you are feeling sick or have a fever on the day of your appointment, please stay home. Your health comes first.
Arriving Late
Please arrive on time so you can receive your full session. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time allotted for the appointment and will be charged the full session rate.
